Help turn curiosity into capability for girls in rural Kenya. Explore the people, pilot questions, and resources behind a connected year of STEAM and leadership development.
01 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE PURPOSE

FOUNDER & PROGRAM VISION
Candice brings experience in teaching and mentoring learners in East Africa, alongside work supporting virtual leadership learning. Talitha Cumi connects those interests: practical education, creative expression, and the confidence to lead.
Her vision is a year in which a girl can ask a meaningful question, build the skills to explore it, and share an idea that matters to her community.
Our mission is to educate, equip, empower, and launch future female leaders throughout Kenya and around the globe!
02 / SHAPING THE FIRST PILOT
The curriculum has a clear direction. The first delivery plan will be agreed with educators, families, and participating communities.
The county, community, and teaching venue are to be confirmed through local planning.
Participant numbers and admission arrangements will follow educator capacity, access, and available resources.
The model includes Grade 5 and Grade 8 mathematics pathways, garden science for ages 10–12, and a guided extension for learners over 13. Final admission ages remain to be agreed.
The 2026–2027 curriculum vision follows Arise, Actualize, Apply. Exact start and end dates depend on the local calendar and delivery readiness.
Planned weekly practical labs, monthly mentor circles, guided projects, and global volunteer mathematics support connect learning with practice.
Community, educator, technical, and delivery relationships are being explored. No participating partner is represented as confirmed.
03 / EXPLORE WHAT A YEAR COULD REQUIRE
Change a planning assumption, model an in-kind contribution, and see the remaining cash requirement. All amounts are in Kenyan shillings.
Starting values are editable placeholders, not quotations, market estimates, a funding target, or secured support. The first pilot’s approved budget will use local costs, a confirmed cohort, and agreed delivery responsibilities. The model covers 12 months; scholarship and invention awards remain subject to finalized funding and terms.
04 / A CLEARER FIRST CONVERSATION
Explore the program, review the planning assumptions, and start a focused discussion about fit, resources, and shared responsibilities.
Mission, learning model, intended outcomes, first-pilot status, and ways to contribute—ready to read or print.
